Tip Number 1

As a music producer or artist myspace is one of the most necessary social networking tools that’s avaliable for free and if your music is great you would have the whole world coming to your page each day. Building an internet fanbase is vital in the music business now thanks to the Internet downloading of mp3’s.
More people have a tendency to buy mp3’s over CD’s so your digital fanbase is as important as your physical.
Imeem is also sort of crucial because it will boost your songs on the head of google, so if a fan types in your name you are just about likely to have all of your songs avaliable for listening.
Tip Number two
Get Some photographs Taken
They don’t need to be perfect, but folk do like to see what the artist / producer looks like. Don’t hind behind a logo and if your not ready to yet, simply make sure you do when you are! ESSENTIAL!!
Tip Number three
Be Different
at this time, I am sure since you have started producing music.. A couple of your friends have or vice versa. Be different from them, find out how to build your own style by doing different things. Try hard not to just copy what your mates are doing as it sounds good, set the trend. If you can run with the trend and shine from it, why not.. But still be different.
