Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has three central attributes that neurology, language and programming. Moreover, it may range from seven days to twenty-four days, depending upon the credit hours taken each day. There are foundation courses, which take maximum two to three days for basics.
The NLP Association in the UK is a non-profit organisation recommending a twenty days treatment of a person in order to cover all the basic aspects of treatment.
There are organisations, which facilitate you with self-therapeutic aids; however, these aids simply cannot replace the skill, and experience of a practitioner. Therefore, it is better to consult a practitioner in case of any issue.
